Company RC RAMERA SRL started in 1984, is proud of its year-long experience as supplier of machined aluminium profiles of important international industrial groups.

3 production units, 3000 square meters shed in the production unit located in Chiari, 5 CNC Machines, several automatic and manual cutting-machines( mono and double heads), several punching-machines , 2 Velcro coupling lines, several biadhesive or protection-foil application machines are just a part of equipment available in our company.

The company RC RAMERA SRL has been opera ting, together with important factories specialized in anodizing. The growing request for anodized components pushed RC RAMERA to fully cooperate with these companies, giving the warranty to the customer s to get the expected quality for machined and anodized components in combination with a very good quality/price level.

Anodizing secures a larger protection to aluminiuam and its alloys, making the surface unattackable by environmental agents, giving also the requested colour to the profile.

Our company is furthermore equipped with machineries for biadhesive application rod profiles. RC RAMERA SRL has an extremely precise and well structured organization, and is used to work with important targets, like quality ensurance and 100% on time deliveries.

Thanks to the large dimensions of the production unit in Chiari (rd- 3000 qm), we can keep a large stock of customers' material, just to meet with unexpected urgent machinings and to plan special "turn key" agreements. This gives the possibility to include also raw material purchasing and upstream processes in addition to mechanical machining, like assemblies and surface finishings (anodizing and/or powder coating) before of after the machining.
